What we provide

• Personalized digital plans generated from the answers you submit in the questionnaire.
• Coaching sessions (for offers that include one) delivered live via the booking link we provide after purchase.
• Educational content and reflection prompts to help you take your next step.

What we don't provide

360 Life Coach is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, legal advice, or financial advice. We do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you need clinical care, please consult a licensed professional. See our Disclaimer for emergency guidance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan or coaching session.

Payment

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and processed securely by Stripe.
• You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.
• At checkout, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

Delivery

• Your personalized plan is generated from your answers shortly after payment and delivered by email and at a private link.
• Coaching sessions (where included) are booked through the link we send you after purchase.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds for personalized digital plans and cancellations for coaching sessions are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Don't share your plan link, account, or session access with others.
• Don't resell, redistribute, or use the content to train AI models.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others.
• The content we provide is for your personal use and is protected by copyright.

No guaranteed results

Personal growth depends on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances. We do not promise specific results or outcomes from using our plans or coaching.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Life Coach and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
