• Questionnaire information — your name, email, and the answers you provide about what's pressing in your life, your desired outcomes, and how you'd like to be supported.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Booking information — if you book a coaching session, Calendly collects the details needed to schedule it.
• Email delivery data — basic information about whether plan and confirmation emails were delivered.
• Plan usage — timestamps such as when your plan was generated, first viewed, last viewed, and whether you used print/save.

How we use your information

• To generate your personalized Life Reset Plan from your questionnaire answers.
• To deliver your plan by email and make it available at a private link.
• To process your payment and provide customer support, refunds, and dispute response.
• To schedule and run coaching sessions you book.
• To improve our service and keep it secure.

Service providers we use

• Stripe — processes payments and collects your agreement to our Terms at checkout.
• Resend — sends your plan and transactional emails.
• Calendly — schedules coaching sessions for offers that include a session.
• AI providers — we use AI to help generate the personalized content of your plan from the answers you submit. Your answers are sent to the AI provider only for the purpose of generating your plan.
• Hosting and database — your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure used to run this website.

How we protect your information

We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your choices

• Access — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — you may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Deletion — you may ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Children

360 Life Coach is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
