Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about working with us. This page explains how refunds work for each type of purchase, in plain English.

Personalized digital plans

Your Personalized Life Reset Plan is created specifically from the answers you submit. It is generated and delivered to you shortly after payment. Because it is a personalized digital product that is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, personalized plans are generally non-refundable once delivered.

We will consider a refund of the plan price in these situations:

  • You were charged but never received your plan due to a technical issue on our side.
  • The plan was not generated within a reasonable time after payment and we cannot resolve it.
  • You were charged twice for the same plan.

To request a refund in one of these cases, email info@360lifecoach.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details.

Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions (included in offers that bundle a live session) are governed by these terms, which are separate from the digital plan refund terms above:

  • Reschedule — you may reschedule your session at no cost up to 24 hours before the start time using your booking link.
  • Cancellations more than 24 hours before — you may request a refund of the coaching portion or reschedule.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows — the coaching session is non-refundable, but we'll do our best to reschedule once as a courtesy.
  • If your purchase included a plan, the plan portion is governed by the personalized digital plan terms above.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We respond quickly and will work in good faith to resolve any issue.
